Reflecting a specific collection of ARUMDALE’S vineyards, this wine, from the moment of the first whiff of the freshly opened bottle, shows the elegantly gentle nose, of a patiently ripened harvest. There is a notable freshness and “up-front”, ripe sense of the fruit, which rounds off beautifully. The velvety Arumdale Cab. portion can be recognised in the layers of fine structure. This is  Arumdale’s “Rolls Royce”, finely designed, beautifully structured. Only in the coolness of Arumdale’s  location, and in it’s particular terroir, is it possible to produce a wine of this smoothness, whilst showing such up-front fruit, and elegantly rich character. An entertaining complexity, with a clean and mouth-watering finish.
