Arumdale Sauvignon Blanc 2009
Here, Arumdale is showing a really exciting addition to their portfolio, and
this wine has taken its tasters by storm.
Selected vineyard siting and the fine soils have produced, in our
cool-climate, this extremely fine example of the cool-climate capacity of
Arumdale, to produce this leading, elegant wine.
The mouth-feel is protects from the ‘bite’ of acidity, which helps to show the
balance of the complexity and of the flavour of the cultivar. The ability of
this wine to suit so many a subtle dish, as its accompaniment, is amply
apparent. |
