Arumdale Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
(Chosen as the Wine of the Month Club’s highest score rating of the Cabernet
Sauvignon for the year, 2008.)
Smooth, velvety and plump, with rich fruit, and a caramel finish.
This wine is amply smooth, as in the Bentley Corniche, whilst carrying it’s own
characteristic richness, allowing the sense of taste to be entertained, yet
remain unruffled. This quality gives the ability to detect the delicate flavour
evident in even the finest fish (uncharacteristically) or poultry dish. Even
with the more traditional red meat, rich sauce and finely baked-vegetables’
match with this Cabernet Sauvignon is heavenly. |
